1. Scope of Services
Gagandeep Singh provides services including, but not limited to:
Repair of mobile phones and laptops
Sale of mobile phones, laptops, and accessories
All services and sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Warranty
Repairs come with a 1-month warranty covering only the parts replaced and the specific issues repaired.
Devices or accessories sold may include a 3-year warranty, where applicable, in accordance with Portuguese consumer protection laws.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or misuse by the customer.

3. Payment Terms
Payments may be made in up to 3 installments, if agreed in advance.
Full payment must be completed within the agreed period.
Payment methods accepted: cash, bank transfer, or other methods as communicated.

4. Liability
While all repairs are performed with care, Gagandeep Singh is not responsible for data loss, pre-existing damage, or issues unrelated to the specific repair.
It is the client’s responsibility to back up their data prior to repair.

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase only if the item is in unused and resellable condition, with original packaging.
Refunds for services are not offered once the repair has been completed unless the issue persists due to our error.

6. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. In case of disputes, the consumer has the right to seek resolution through the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo or other legally recognized mediation services.
